PolarPro Accessories for DJI Spark
Costa Mesa, C.A. – July 11, 2017 – Today, PolarPro, developer of products inspired by adventure, announced availability of new cinematic lens filters and a purpose-built travel case for DJI® Spark owners looking to get the most out of their new gesture-controlled drone. Known for producing some of the industry’s highest quality lens filters for action cameras and consumer drones, PolarPro’s new Spark filter sets include a series of polarizing and neutral density filters to help flyers improve overall color saturation and image quality. Combined with the company’s new Spark Soft Case, owners of the follow-me platform are ready to go just about anywhere. PolarPro’s full complement of offerings for the Spark can be found here.
“The amazing confluence of technologies in the new DJI Spark make it a compact, go anywhere solution ideal for filmmaking on the fly, and its gesture controls allow videographers to capture some amazing perspectives,” said Jeff Overall, CEO of PolarPro. “Like most consumer-level drones, our new Spark Filter Sets can help optimize those results by slowing the shutter speed with our neutral density filters and boosting the color rendering with our combo polarizing filters.”
PolarPro Spark Filter 3-Pack & 6-Pack
While manufacturers like DJI are making the drone operations as simple as possible for consumers, creating smooth cinematic video content from a drone-mounted camera requires a little help along the way. The PolarPro DJI Spark Filter Packs (available in three and six filter sets) include neutral density (ND) filters to help reduce shutter speed to smooth out video, polarizing filters to eliminate glare and enhance color saturation, and combination polarized ND filters when both effects are required. To prevent the added weight of the filter from impacting the smooth gimbal function, PolarPro uses weight-limiting yet durable aircraft aluminum frames and industry-leading HD glass for razor sharp clarity. All filters are compatible with the DJI Spark camera’s start-up initialization and have been stress tested to be within the maximum weight-limit that the gimbal can safely handle.
The PolarPro Spark Filter 3-Pack includes a fixed Polarizer, ND8 and ND16 and retails for $49.99. More information on the included filters can be found here.
Retailing for $99.99, the PolarPro Spark 6-Pack includes a fixed PL, ND8/PL, ND16/PL, ND8, ND16, and ND32 filters. More detail on this package can be found here.
PolarPro DJI Spark Soft Case-Mini
The compact Spark Soft Case-Mini protects the new compact drone during travel. Whether packing the drone away for a bike ride to the beach, or stowing it for overseas travel, the Spark Soft Case will ensure the video platform arrives safely. This custom molded case is designed specifically for the mini drone to be stored with the propellers left installed, while holding out space for two additional batteries. The carabineer loop stitched into the zipper allows pilots to secure the case to a commuter pack or rucksack. Retailing for $24.99 and backed by the PolarPro lifetime warranty, this case will outlast the drone it carries.
